Tuition by Programme & Year

Annual tuition for each year of study, per the 2023/2024 course schedule approved by the Ministry of Higher Education. Sudanese students are charged in Sudanese Pounds (SDG); international students in US Dollars (USD).

  1. Registration fees per semester: 400,000 SDG
  2. Application Fees: 80,000 SDG

CARRY COURSES


  1. Registration for Carry: 100,000 SDG

CERTIFICATES AND TESTIMONIES


  1. Transcript details and Academic Records:
    200,000 SDG
  2. GRADUATION CERTIFICATE:
    120,000 SDG
  3. Emergency Certificate:
    150,000 SDG
  4. Testimonies: 20,000 SDG

  6. Verfication of documents: 20 USD

OTHER ACADEMIC PROCEDURES


  1. Freeze studies: 60,000 SDG,
  2. Resignation: 60,000 SDG.
  3. In both cases the students should write their request to the Secretary of Academic Affairs on paper. The letter should describe the reasons of the request. The photo or scanned image of the signed letter and the payment receipt can be sent via Whatsapp to +249 11 024 5353 or e-mail: ccstacademicaffairs@gmail.com.
  4. Registration for supplementary exams: 60,000 SDG per exam
  5. Registration for substitute exam: 30,000 SDG per exam
  6. Revision or re-correction of exam: 20,000 SDG
  7. All these procedures should be done through Academic Affairs
