Comboni College of Science and Technology is collaborating with the
Institute of Reliable Embedded Systems and Communication Electronics (ivESK) of
the University of Offenburg (Germany) and the Mycetoma Research Center –
University of Khartoum in a project that aims to link medical research with
modern computer science technologies around database management and data
analytics. In addition, joint research, access to the international community
and sustainable Research and Development structures shall be supported.
The University of Offenburg will apply for funding from the German Academic
Exchange Service (DAAD). The project is in line with CCST efforts to apply
technology for the common good, in particular for the welfare of persons with
mycetoma, and with the activities of staff development during this time of war.
