WORKSHOP FOR DATA COLLECTORS – NET-CARE PROJECT

5 November 2026 - WORKSHOP FOR DATA COLLECTORS – NET-CARE PROJECT...

As part of the NET-CARE Project – “Innovation in Nursing and Palliative Care”, Dr. Mohja Marhoom conducted a training workshop for a group of nursing students who will serve as data collectors in a community-based assessment of palliative care needs in Red Sea State.

The assessment will help identify the needs of patients requiring palliative care and their families, providing an evidence-based foundation for the development of a palliative care service model tailored to the local context.

The initiative aims to strengthen nursing capacities and improve access to quality, compassionate palliative care for people living with serious illnesses.

The NET-CARE project is funded by the Generalitat Valenciana, led by Fundación Mainel, and implemented in partnership with the Catholic University of Valencia (UCV), Clínicas IVADE, Comboni College of Science and Technology (CCST) and Bitagdiry.

Building knowledge, empowering future nurses and bringing compassionate care closer to the community.
